Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://wirthscurbsidepickup.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Wirth's curbside pickup reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Services. Wirth's curbside pickup provides Junk Removal, Hauling Services, Curbside Pickup, Junk Hauling, Furniture Removal, Appliance Removal, Yard Waste Removal, Trash Hauling and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. Wirth's curbside pickup (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Termination. Wirth's curbside pickup may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://wirthscurbsidepickup.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Wirth's curbside pickup makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wirth's curbside pickup's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Wirth's curbside pickup in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wirth's curbside pickup from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
